Cosmos web components are built on top of the web components standard and therefore are frontend framework agnostic. The library can be used in any codebase ranging from Vanilla Javascript to modern frameworks.

Modern Javascript frameworks do vary in the way they support and work with native web components. For some, data and event flow need to be translated and adapted to integrate well into a framework's ecosystem. Cosmos Web contains some framework-specific wrappers, like the one for Preact, React, and Vue, that take care of required adaptions and workarounds and make working with Cosmos Web components feel like working with a framework-native component.
